FAQ

How do I reset my data?
You can reset all data in your Profile.
How do I add friends?
Sign in, then go to the Friends tab and enter your friend's unique code to connect.
What happens if I go over my app limit?
Your tree resets, and you can start fresh the next day.
Why is the continue button not working?
If the continue button isn't working, you may need to enable certain permissions. Check your device settings to ensure:
  • Do Not Disturb is turned off
  • Screen Time access is enabled for Little Trees
  • Notification access is enabled for Little Trees
You can adjust these permissions in your device's Settings app.
